Just another WordPress site

It was probably the last “fall” weather we had. Dinah and David were willing to do an early morning session which usually is more effective since there are less people out and about. We roamed through Old Ellicott City  and had the two just mingle as if they were on a date. Grabbing coffee, eating snacks, and having a great time. They are so natural with one another and that really shows in the photographs. As with all my sessions I try to get as much of a variety of backgrounds and settings and Old Ellicott City was perfect for that. Can’t wait for their wedding in the Spring.

Hannah and James’ engagement session began at Patapsco State Park where James had proposed to Hannah a year ago. There was a tree with a beautiful carving of their initials that James had spent days to complete. Getting to know the couple, it was a perfect way to propose. We spent the rest of the afternoon strolling through the trails and taking photos while enjoying nature. It was great seeing these two connect because you can really see how much they are in love. The second portion of the session took place at Belmont Manor where they will be married next year. Really looking forward to their wedding!

I was really looking forward to Ginnie and Chris’ engagement session in Philadelphia. They had asked if we could have the session at a church in Bryn Athyn. Seeing the photos of the cathedral got me pretty excited. The church was beautiful. Going there and seeing it in person, it was even more beautiful then I had imagined. The weather was a bit cold but Ginnie and Chris were amazing. We began the session with a casual look around the city and ended with a more formal look with the sunset at the cathedral. I’m grateful that I had this opportunity and I am really looking forward to their wedding in Philadelphia!
