Mount Vernon Engagement | Stacey & Joe

Stacey and Joe are people you just enjoy being around. It's great to be able to see how great they are together laughing throughout the day. When we first started the session, there was a bit of the normal awkwardness that everyone experiences in front of the camera but Stacey and Joe overcame that quickly. Joe really put in an effort for Stacey and he was always looking out for her like a true prince charming. And the weather couldn't have been more beautiful that day.

Washington DC Engagement | Yon & Jin

Yon and Jin met while they both lived in New York for a period of time. Eventually Yon moved back to Maryland and Jin, who was a chef in New York, had to make a decision to either stay in New York or move to Maryland as well to be with his love. He chose the latter. And you can see from their interaction how powerful their love is for one another. Their session was a hot summer day so we decided to have the session indoors. Luckily and coincidentally, the National Building Museum had an

Washington DC Engagement | Lisa & Alex

Being able to photograph Lisa and Alex was such a delight! We've known Lisa from a while ago and was thrilled to hear that she was getting married. It's always great to see the people you know find love and happiness. Since we knew it was going to be a hot day, we decided to have the engagement session indoors as much as possible. We started at the National Gallery of Art as well as the Hirshhorn Museum and used the art and surroundings as the backdrop for the photos. Alex was so amazed by the

Federal Hill Baltimore Engagement | Ann & Seong

Ann and Seong are the type of people who you instantly feel comfortable with as if you've been friends for a long time. Their personality is very genuine and compatible and you can tell that they are a perfect match for one another. When asked what type of environment they wanted to have their engagement session at, one chose a city scape and the other a more natural outdoor landscape. Baltimore is known to have the best of both worlds so we decided to have the session there. July is one of

Downtown Annapolis Engagement | Arum & Dooyoung

Arum and Dooyoung are a couple that have a playful vibe and essence to their relationship. They wanted that to reflect in their engagement session so we decided to go to downtown Annapolis for the location. The day was amazing as the weather wasn't too hot nor cold and it was cloudy enough to be able to photograph anywhere around the historic town. We've always loved the vivid colors of Annapolis and Arum and Dooyoung chose outfits that well suited the atmosphere. When it started to get warm, we

Baltimore Clipper Mill Engagement | Mina & Jongsung

Mina and Jongsung have been together for several years. Long enough that friends would always ask when they would tie the knot. We've known them for quite some time as well and were thrilled to hear that they would be getting married this year and that they asked us to be their photographers! Mina wanted her engagement session to take place in Baltimore. What we've always loved about Baltimore is that it truly is a variety of locations in one place. There are so many different styles and
