Stephany and Ricky’s wedding was a beautiful one that is truly memorable. The day started off perfectly. Originally it was suppose to rain that day but the weather ended up being the ideal for a wedding day; not too hot nor cold. Stephany and the girls were enjoying themselves getting ready with soothing classical music in the background and sipping champagne. Ricky was a bit nervous at first but seeing his bride at the first look calmed those nerves right away. We took portraits at a nearby park area that was absolutely beautiful. There was a water fountain and amazingly wide open park space. This day could not have gone any better.
The ceremony was held at Capitol View 400. It was such an amazing sight to see the clouds as the backdrop. There was so much emotions during the ceremony. The groom tearing as he saw his bride walking down the aisle, and more were shared during the vows. You could really tell how blessed the two felt during their wedding day. The reception took place at the rooftop with a stunning view of the Capitol. The tables were decorated beautifully in gold and mauve. The event was going great with delicious food and great music. There were speeches by the fathers of both the bride and the groom as well as the best man and the maid of honor. The couple then played the newlywed game which the guests enjoyed. The remaining hours of the night, Stephany and Ricky had a great time dancing and mingling with loved ones, friends, and family. Congratulations Stephany and Ricky! We had an amazing time with you both on your special day!
